USA Warranty

Our USA Warranty includes the below details as well as free shipping both ways on any defective parts/replacement parts.

If you have an issue with any of our products, feel free to give us a phone call or email, and we will do our best to solve your problem remotely without you having to replace your part. Of course, if you do need to replace a part, we have you covered.

In Warranty

If you item is still covered by our 3-year warranty, just click the "Warranty Claim" button and send us a quick message with your details. A technician will follow up to take care of your needs.

Out of Warranty

If your warranty has expired, simply reach out through our "Warranty Claim" section and a team member will assist you in getting replacement pieces/support at discounted prices. We take care of our customers.

  • Aircraft Climate - 3 Years
  • Mercedes Electronics - 3 Years
  • All other parts - 3 Years

Coverage Terms & Limitations

Examples of things our warranty covers:

  • Device failure
  • Screen failure
  • Electronics Failure
  • Speakers failure
  • For bumpers/physical exterior parts replacement parts at cost in the event of a car accident or accidental damage

Examples of things our warranty does not cover:

  • Theft of a device
  • Loss of a device
  • Intentional modifications that result in damage to the part

We have a three year limited warranty on all products we sell. Our team members will do their best to service/replace your part. You agree as a customer to accept a refund at any time in lieu of a warranty replacement or any other warranties expressed or implied, if an item is no longer available or otherwise an issue arrises.

Customers are only entitled to one warranty replacement per order. In the event something goes wrong with your item, we will try to repair it or replace it. If you have already received a free replacement, you are not eligible for any additional replacements under your warranty.

Our warranty is non-transferrable with the sale of your parts/product to non-family members/relatives. To transfer the warranty to a family member or relative (for Christmas/Birthday/etc), please notify us in advance of the warranty claim by email that you intend to transfer the warranty. We require this notice within 30 days of purchase to transfer the warranty. For gifts (Christmas/Birthday/etc). If you want to verify your warranty has been transferred to a family member, feel free to reach out to us via "Warranty Claim" for a team member to confirm for you in writing.

World Wide Warranty

We have a three-year warranty on all parts we sell for both international customers and US-based customers. See the above "USA Warranty" section for an outline of things our warranty covers. Our international warranty has the same coverage as our USA Warranty with one difference. After 90 days of purchase, our international customers are responsible for return shipping (at discounted cost) on any warranty parts.

Out of Warranty

Any replacement parts or products to be provided at cost to the customer. Just click the "Warranty Claim" button and reach out to one of our techs with your information.

What is the warranty period for Hamilton Motor Co products?

Hamilton Products are all covered by a three-year limited warranty. Checkout the above section "USA Warranty" for information about what sorts of things our warranty covers and exclusions. To file a warranty claim, simply click the "Warranty Claim" button.

How long does shipping ususally take?

For most products, we ship via USPS Priority Mail which is about 2-days. Larger packages can ship via UPS Ground which is 2-5 days depending on your location in the USA.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Services or UPS Express Services. They usually take about a week to arrive.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30-days of purchase. Just reach out to us here and we will open a return for you and send you a pre-paid label.

We accept parts for return that have been installed.

Return shipping is free for all US orders. International orders have free return shipping for product defect reasons and discounted paid shipping for returns without cause.
