Hi,
I've just installed the Apple car play unit in my truck. The touch screen isn't working in any part of the Hamilton unit view. I followed an instruction in here to flip the first switch on the back of the unit and that hasn't worked. What should I do next?
@Madalyn Black can you post your model number on your Tacoma unit? Follow this post to find it (under your front right knob)

@Dave ive also tried flipping 1 and 2 to on with all the rest off and after a power cycle it's still not working
I got it working after reaching out to support. The DIP switch guide was a little misleading because my unit doesn't have JBL so I thought I needed 1 and 2. Turned out I only needed 1 on. Also they recommended a couple of power cycles. It didn't work the first couple times but then I disconnected the battery again and disconnected all power cables from the Hamilton unit and the head unit and then just left it for like 20 minutes and after that it flashed the Hamilton logo and then the touch screen worked!
