  I recently received the conversion kit for my 2014-2019 Toyota 4Runner. Upon opening the sealed package, I noticed I am missing the "reverse harness" that's required for the backup camera to work. 

  How soon can someone from Hamilton Motor resolve this problem? 

  Edit - I've also submitted an email with my details and order ID to info@hamiltonmotorcompany.com

  I just installed the head unit and everything is working besides back up camera and steering wheel controls. I did not have the red and black cable like was shown in pictures and videos. Camera was verified plugged into the correct harness but no video signal.
