If you're experiencing Day/Night auto-dimming issues on your ES unit. Please test the following. We have two methods to resolve this issue depending on your OS version of your unit.
To verify your OS version, from your home page:
- Go to "Setting"
- Go down and select "System Version".
For OS version numbers before "20240809". Follow the below steps:
- Connect to Wi-Fi
- Advanced Settings
- Password 6666
- Click System Version
- MCU Upgrade
- OTA
- Online and Select MCU_170(ill)
For OS version number after "20240809". Follow the below steps:
- Go to "System Settings
- Select "Lamplight Detect Type"
- Select "Reverse"
