Just installed the apple carplay unit in my 2017 4Runner. I can not get the steering wheel controls to work.
Also I hooked up the usb cables and the one on the main console is not working but the one I put in the glove box is.
any help would be appreciated

Sorry you are having trouble. If your steering wheel controls are not working we need to send you an alternate harness. Will the same address be okay?
Did you install the Hamilton connector that looks like a square female connector that goes to a male USB? It then plugs into one of your female USBs from the back of our head unit.
Yes the same address would work fine. I did connect all the usb connections as shown in the installation video. If I have to change the harness, when I take it apart I will double check the USB connections to make sure they are fully connected.
I just installed mine into my 2019 4runner and the steering wheel controls and the usb in the main cabin are not working. Please help.
