You can clear the memory on your 4Runner unit for any potential errors that are stuck in memory. This can also resolve any weird issue that you suddenly experience with your TLINK5 app for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.
Please follow the steps below to clear your head unit's memory.
- Locate the "RST" pinhole on the front of your head unit. (On the top behind the screen for the Toyota Premium units)
- Long press this button with either a "Paper Clip or Ball Point Pen".
- Try and replicate the issue after your head unit reboots.
