Hi Guys. Just installed Hamilton CarPlay system on '13 RX450h. Followed instructions on rehooking harness for factory screen viewing (Lexus Menu's to access sound settings) and getting black/gray screen. Did put some electric tape and even pushed the blue harness that connects to factory module to get it to work. Still getting gray/black screen.. please help
@Christian Ado in addition to what is happening. I am able to get to the legacy menu's only if I unplug and replug the blue harness that connects to the screen. It seems like a glitch in the system.
