Can you tell me what the differences are between the 2016-2021 LC install and the install on a 2011 LC with the rear drop down entertainment screen?

We have a full installation video for the 16-21 LC200 linked above. Our manual for the 2009-15 is linked here.
The installations are quite a bit different as the 16-21 LC200 has a much larger/newer screen. While we do not yet have a video for the 09-15 LC200, our pdf manual has large clear pictures. Of course, our team is here to help if you have any questions.

Not sure how to create a new post as I didn't see a button for it in the main page but I just finished completing the install for the LC200 2019. One issue I ran into is there is an echo that shows up for the person I am making calls to. Is there a fix? After searching online, this seems to be a common issue with older versions of software. Is there a firmware upgrade I need to use?
